Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered for any reason, including but not limited to schedule changes, performer substitutions, travel delays, personal circumstances, illness, or inability to attend.

Event details, lineups, venues, and start times are subject to change without notice. A change in lineup or show format does not qualify for a refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all sales are final.

If an event is fully canceled (not postponed or rescheduled), we may provide instructions regarding potential remedies at our sole discretion. Service and processing fees are never refundable.

Future Ticket Credit (When Available)

While refunds are not offered, we understand that plans can change. In limited situations, and only at the organizer’s discretion, an unused ticket may be considered for a one-time credit toward a future show.

Future ticket credit is not guaranteed and must meet the following conditions:

• A request must be made at the door before the scheduled event start time
• Credit is only valid for upcoming shows produced by Funny You Should Ask
• Credits may be subject to blackout dates, capacity limits, or availability
• Credits cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash
• Service and processing fees do not carry over and may apply again

Approval of future ticket credit is evaluated case-by-case and is not automatic.
